Will I have to get a new mortgage lender?
Answer:
It is not necessary to get a new lender. Your mortgage lender you have now can refinance your mortgage with new interest rates. If you find that your lender doesn’t want to do this, then you can apply to another lender, but in most cases the lender you have now will be happy to refinance your mortgage.
