Q. What are Recoverable Grants?
Answer:
These are funds provided by a philanthropist that is similar to equity. This could include such things as the agreement to consider the amount of money one borrows for a business venture as a grant, if the business does not succeed. A grant does not have to be repaid. However, if the borrower is successful, then the money has to be paid back.
