Q. What is a Recourse?
Answer:
This is the right of a lender to demand that the borrower repay money he/she has borrowed. A lender can seize the assets of a lender if the account is delinquent in order to satisfy the debt or the court may order garnishment of wages that have to be paid to the lender.
