What is the risk of a bridging loan?
Answer:
The biggest risk of a bridging loan is the timing of your sale. If you have an old property to sell, but want to purchase a new property before the old one is sold then you are taking a risk but if you are sure of the sale of the old property then the risk becomes much less, of a problem.
